Сам Павел цитирует слова закона, запрещающего действие, в совершении которого он был виновен. Цитата, приведенная здесь, несколько отличается от LXX, где употреблено слово в форме множественного числа – «судей» (однако текст LXX ненадежен); употребление формы единственного числа указывает на первосвященника как на главу иудейского государства. Слова Павла свидетельствуют о его убежденности в том, что закон остается в силе.

Деян.24:15
Истина о воскресении праведных и неправедных имеет основание в пророчестве о конце времен в Дан.12:2–3, где упомянуты две группы людей: одни воскреснут к жизни вечной, другие – на вечное поругание и посрамление; а затем в тексте упомянуты «праведные» (Θ) или «праведность»146 (МТ). Ясно, что утверждения Павла основаны на этом отрывке, хотя слова в текстах используются разные.

Asen. 8:9) (см. Barrett 1994–1998:1160).

В этом стихе вновь звучит напоминание о том, что христианская весть основана на том, что предсказали пророки и Моисей. Но теперь основание это представлено в более широком ракурсе: христианская весть связывается со страданиями Мессии и с тем фактом, что как первенец из воскресших он возвестит свет народу иудейскому и народам мира сего. Моисей свидетельствует о том, что придет пророк, подобный ему самому (Деян.3:22–23). Благовествование иудеям и язычникам, совершаемое Мессией через его последователей, основано на посланничестве Раба, как мы только что отметили (Ис.42:6; 49:6; 60:1–3; ср. Деян.13:47). Деян.17:2–3; 18:5). Именно в законе звучит обетование о пророке, который будет как Моисей (см. комментарий на Деян.26:22 выше).
Деян.28:25–27
О Духе Святом как вдохновителе пророков говорится в Деян.1:16, а об Исаии как человеке, записавшем пророчества в книгу, упоминается в Деян.8:28,30. Подобным образом в CD–А IV, 13–14 сказано, что Бог говорит «рукою Исаии».

Павел цитирует из текста Ис.6:9–10, который также фигурирует в Мф.13:13–15 парал.; Ин.12:39–40; Рим.11:8. Однако в Мк.4:12; Лк.8:10 пророчество введено в текст в сокращенной форме, а здесь оно процитировано полностью, как в Мф.13:13–15. Знаменательно, что таким образом оно оказывается заключительной библейской цитатой в Луки – Деяниях (Рао 2000:104–5).
Значимые расхождения между МТ и LXX следующие: (1) иронические императивы «слушайте непрестанно, но не разумейте», и «смотрите непрестанно, но не замечайте», заменены на эмфатические индикативы будущего времени, выражающие действия, которые совершатся; (2) данное пророку повеление соделать сердце людей тупым и т. д. заменено на утверждение, согласно которому сами люди соделали это. Таким образом, «роль Бога в совершении этих действий оказывается затушеванной» (Рао 2000:102); (3) пассивное «были исцелены» заменено на фразу, где употреблен глагол в форме будущего времени изъявительного наклонения «я исцелю их»,149 – в этих словах яснее выражена мысль о том, что исцеление – деяние Божье.
Расхождения между LXX и Деяниями незначительны. Цитата у Матфея по существу та же, что и здесь, но только в Деяниях есть вводные слова «пойди к народу сему и скажи». Марк и Лука вплетают слова из текста Исаии в выражения с hina, выражающие цель или следствие учения, имеющего характер притчи, тогда как Матфей предпосылает цитате подобные слова. Иоанн смело говорит, что Бог ослепил глаза людей и ожесточил их сердце, чтобы они не видели глазами, не разумели сердцем и не обратились, чтобы он исцелил их.150 Павел вплетает часть высказывания в составную цитату, так же утверждая, что Бог ослепил людей и соделал их глухими.
В МТ рассматриваемые слова относятся к тексту о видении в храме, в котором Бог обращается к Исаии с пророческим призывом; этот призыв звучит во времена всенародного отступничества. Он был послан сказать людям, чтобы они поступали так, как и поступали (разумеется, обращение это было полно сарказма), – пусть они слушают слово Бога, но не принимают его и не повинуются ему. Бог говорит ему соделать людей закоснелыми, чтобы они не слышали слова Божьего, не откликнулись на него и не были исцелены. Столь тяжел их грех, что в настоящее время невозможно дать им возможность покаяться и избежать суда, который должен пасть на них; только после того как в полной мере совершится суд, появится надежда на возрождение (Ис.9:11–13). Как именно Исаия должен был соделать людей закоснелыми, не объясняется; возможно, смысл этих слов состоит в том, что Исаия должен был продолжать призывать их к покаянию и, таким образом, дать им возможность и далее отвергать весть Божью, – и тогда они дойдут до того состояния, когда уже просто не смогут откликнуться на его призыв. Или, быть может, его весть в действительности служит предостережением, имеющим целью подвигнуть их на то, чтобы раскаяться: если они и далее не будут повиноваться слову Божьему, то подвергнутся серьезной опасности: Бог лишит их способности откликнуться на его призыв (см. В LXX пророчество в большей степени напоминает определенное утверждение о неминуемом суде, нежели предостережение. Но несмотря на это, вероятно, оно имело целью побудить людей к покаянию, а не просто осудить их. Исаия, как видно из текста, понимал, что люди в целом продолжат ходить греховными путями, но возможность положительного отклика на его слово не исключалась. В рассматриваемом отрывке утверждение Павла носит эмфатический характер (в NIV данное утверждение охарактеризовано как «эти последние слова»,151 однако в действительности оно, пожалуй, было не настолько категоричным). Слова Исаии начинаются с данного пророку повеления возвестить слова Бога людям; но теперь это повеление дано самому Павлу, так что он становится сослужителем пророка (Bovon 1984; Marguerat 2002:225). Из этого можно сделать вывод, что со времен Исаии настроенность людей не изменилась (ср. Рим.11:8: «даже до сего дня»). «Народ» – это, конечно, иудеи, о чем можно судить по обычному употреблению данного слова (язычники именуются в Писании «племенами»152). Люди обвиняются в том, что не желают слушать проповедь и принимать наставления; и об этом сказано так: «Да не узрят очами, и не услышат ушами, и не уразумеют сердцем, и не обратятся, чтобы Я исцелил их», – как если бы нужно было, чтобы люди не спаслись. Из МТ видно, что пророку было сказано соделать людей невосприимчивыми к слову, чтобы они не были спасены, поскольку тогда они заслуживали суда; таким образом, это – замысел или цель самого Бога. Koet 1989:119–39; Larkin 1995:390–91; Wall 2002:361–64). Фраза tois ethnesin apestalē touto to sōtērion tou theou, возможно, отражает Пс.66:3 LXX (Пс.66:3 СП), где псалмопевец просит Бога излить благословение на Израиля, «дабы познали на земле путь Твой, во всех народах спасение Твое» (tou gnōnai еn tē gē tēn hodon sou, en pasin ethnesin to sōtērion sou).
